This class is tailored for students in 7th to 12th grade, focusing on developing the skills necessary for Junior High and High School athletes to enhance their contributions to school teams and impact their performance during the basketball season.
Session Options:
- Sunday: 4:30 – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 5:00 – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 4:30 – 6:30 PM
Each class is limited to a maximum of 20 students, ensuring personalized attention and effective training.
