Coach Brown serves as a skills coach and consultant for JEB Basketball School (JEBBS), leveraging his extensive background in basketball to create impactful training programs. With 29 years of experience coaching players from youth to professional levels, Coach Brown has a proven track record of success. His career highlights include leading teams to back-to-back conference championships at Eastfield College and guiding the Glenavon Basketball Club to a national championship in the UK. As an assistant coach at Navarro Jr. College, he helped achieve a remarkable 24-7 record and set a record for the highest scoring junior college team in history.

Throughout his coaching career, Coach Brown has maintained an impressive win rate, boasting a 90% success rate with youth and AAU teams from 1995 to 2010. He has also provided personal training for notable athletes, including Tausha Mills, a first-round draft pick in the WNBA. His expertise and connections in the basketball world have led managers to send players from around the globe to train with him, ensuring they are fully prepared for NBA drafts.

  • 1983-84: Back-to-Back Conference Champions with Eastfield College
  • 1988: National Champions with Glenavon Basketball Club in the UK

Assistant Coaching:

  • 1990-91: Navarro Jr. College, where he led the team to a 24-7 record and conference co-champions, setting the record for the highest scoring junior college team with 145.9 points per game in preseason and 116 points per game in conference.
  • 1991-94: Eastfield College, securing conference championships every year and finishing as National Championship runners-up in 1992.

Youth and AAU Coaching:

  • Coached youth and AAU teams with an impressive 90% winning record from 1995 to 2010.
  • Served as a personal trainer to Tausha Mills, the 2000 1st round, 2nd overall pick by the Washington Mystics in the WNBA.
