- 8-week Schedule:
- Dates: June 1, 2026 – June 25, 2026 & July 6, 2026 – July 30, 2026
- Week Off – No Training: June 29th – July 5th
- Days and Times: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Total Weeks: 8
