Coach Brown believes in the power of one-on-one and small group mentorship, drawing from his own experiences under Hall of Fame coaches like Lewis Orr and Bob Flickner, as well as attending Bobby Knight’s coaching clinics. Influences such as John Wooden, Rick Pitino, Pat Riley, and Pat Summitt have shaped his coaching philosophy. Kevin Eastman also played a pivotal role in developing Coach Brown’s basketball training business.

To facilitate the growth of aspiring coaches, Coach Brown created a comprehensive Mentorship Program and unique workout training videos. His tailored group and individual workouts have produced outstanding results, helping clients earn over one billion dollars in basketball and academic scholarships, as well as professional contracts.
