Coach Jeff Webster is the Founder, CEO, and Coach of Elite Youth Pro Skills, a former University of Oklahoma and professional basketball player, and one of the nation’s leading EYBL coaches. As a Partner and Coach with JEB Basketball School, he works alongside Coach James Brown to develop athletes, maximize their potential, and prepare them for opportunities at the collegiate and professional levels.

Coach Jeff Webster is the Founder and CEO of Elite Youth ProSkills Basketball (ProSkills), a nationally recognized grassroots basketball organization and Nike EYBL affiliate dedicated to player development, discipline, and character building. A former scoring leader at the University of Oklahoma and Miami Heat NBA Draft selection, Webster played professionally from 1994 to 2002 in domestic and international leagues before transitioning his career toward mentoring and developing young athletes. Since founding ProSkills in 2002, he has built one of the nation’s leading grassroots basketball programs, overseeing EYBL boys and girls teams, athlete training, coaching, staff development, and program operations. Through ProSkills, Webster has helped more than 300 players earn college scholarships, while developing athletes who have gone on to play at the collegiate and professional levels. His program has produced notable alumni including Cason Wallace, Mitchell Robinson, Sarah Andrews, Micah Peavy, and Jarret Culver, while continuing to develop highly ranked national prospects.

Webster is also committed to expanding opportunities for young athletes through partnerships with schools, sponsors, and community organizations, while providing scholarship assistance to players in need. His leadership emphasizes accountability, dedication, teamwork, education, and long-term personal development. In 2025, ProSkills teams achieved significant EYBL success across multiple age groups, including national-level accomplishments at Peach Jam and Nike Nationals. Webster has also partnered with Coach James Brown and JEB Basketball School to provide advanced player development and help athletes prepare for the demands and opportunities of college and professional basketball, including the evolving landscape of NIL and college athletics.
