Jeb Basketball School Affiliates – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Jeb Basketball School Affiliate Program! By participating in the affiliate program (Millionaire Basketball Trainer Affiliate Program), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
The Jeb Basketball School Affiliate Program allows qualified individuals or entities (“Affiliates”) to earn commission-based compensation for referring customers to our services and products. The Affiliate will receive commissions for qualifying sales made through their unique referral links, as detailed below.
2. Eligibility
To become an Affiliate, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
By applying to the Program, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote Jeb Basketball School products and services honestly and transparently.
- Use only the affiliate links and materials provided by Jeb Basketball School.
- Ensure that any marketing content you create is appropriate, professional, and in line with our brand image.
- Not engage in any deceptive practices, including but not limited to false advertising, misrepresentation of products/services, or any act that could damage the reputation of Jeb Basketball School.
- Not promote Jeb Basketball School in any unsolicited or spammy manner.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission on the sale of products or services that are referred via their unique affiliate link. The commission rate, payment structure, and details of eligible products/services are outlined in the affiliate dashboard or separate documentation provided to you by Jeb Basketball School.
- Commission Percentage: 50% of the sale amount.
- Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid on a bi-weekly basis, and payments will be made via a pre-discussed payment method.
- Minimum Payment Threshold: Commissions will be paid once your earnings reach a minimum threshold of $1,000.
5. Tracking and Reporting
Jeb Basketball School uses cookies and tracking technology to monitor sales that originate from your affiliate links. You can track your sales, commissions, and performance through the affiliate dashboard provided by Jeb Basketball School.
The accuracy of tracking relies on users enabling cookies in their browsers. Jeb Basketball School is not responsible for any issues caused by the failure of cookies or other tracking technologies.
6. Termination of the Affiliate Agreement
Jeb Basketball School reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Affiliate account and access to the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service.
- Engaging in fraudulent or unethical marketing practices.
- Failure to meet our affiliate guidelines.
- Any behavior that harms the reputation or business of Jeb Basketball School.
Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible for commission payments for sales that occur after the termination date.
7. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of Jeb Basketball School. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee relationship, a partnership, or a joint venture between Jeb Basketball School and the Affiliate.
8. Confidentiality
As an Affiliate, you may have access to confidential information related to the Program, including commission rates, promotional materials, and customer data. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not to disclose it to third parties without Jeb Basketball School’s prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Jeb Basketball School is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your participation in the Program. Our total liability to you will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six months prior to the event that caused the liability.
10. Modifications to the Terms of Service
Jeb Basketball School reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in McKinney, TX. You and Jeb Basketball School agree to waive the right to a trial by jury.
